AWARENESS BASED PROGRAMS
The Foundation believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, especially local communities, and taught as naturally as other essential life skills. We provide free yoga classes and training programs that help build awareness of healthier lifestyles within local communities. These programs are supported by our volunteer Santham Bhuana yoga teachers and are open to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Scholarship based yoga training plays an important role in creating healthier, stronger, and more connected communities. By removing financial barriers, we create opportunities for individuals to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through regular practice and self-care.
Through accessible yoga programs, the Foundation promotes preventive health practices, stress reduction, physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance. For many participants who may not otherwise have access to wellness programs, these sessions become an important source of support and personal growth.
Our awareness programs also encourage mindfulness, healthy living, and stronger social connections. Practicing together in a positive and inclusive environment helps community members feel more connected, motivated, and empowered to support both their own well-being and that of others.
In addition, yoga training programs can create long-term impact by inspiring participants to become trainers, mentors, or wellness advocates within their own communities. This helps expand awareness, develop local leadership, and support sustainable community development.
